OPEN LEASING BEGINS!!

SAMI led the effort to move the start of the open leasing season to October 2nd this year. This allowed residents to get settled in their apartments and then get a feel for whether they would like to renew their leases for the 2007-2008 school year without the immediate pressure of an early start to open leasing. We think this effort was good for our customers, and therefore good for SAMI.We are now in the OPEN LEASING period however.
