All SAMI apartments are treated monthly as part of our comprehensive pest control program. The pest control company that we contract with has been taking care of our pest control needs for 17 years, and we have had the same technician for those same 17 years. They have keys to each apartment and will be very careful when they come into your apartment to apply the treatment.
