Signing A Lease

To sign a lease you must have a driver�s license. When you sign the lease the deposit and a $10 application fee must be paid. (Deposits are $100 per person for a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment, $150 per person for a 2 bedroom or house and $300 for a one bedroom apartment.)

All leases are 3 semesters in length with 12 equal payments that start before you move in and end before you move out.
