Current tenants can renew their lease and receive a gift card for $400 if your rent is $500 or greater and $250 if your rent is less than $500!
Current tenants can begin to view and sign for other SAMI units starting on 9/10/2018! If you're interested in renewing, we encourage you do before this date so your unit is locked in!
Open Leasing is on 9/26/2018 and all remaining units will be open for the public to sign on!
