One of the easiest is to use our SAMI Chat. It’s available no matter where you are on our website. We monitor our chat requests before and after normal business hours. Hey, we have to sleep, but you will usually find an agent ready to answer your questions from 8:00am to 8:00pm! Within SAMI Chat, we can send you photos and videos of the actual apartment that you are interested in renting.
We can also send you a chat link so that you can carry on the conversation with the agent even after you leave our website.
Email works too! Our agents have their SAMI emails listed on our website, or you can use our Contact Us page to send general questions. Those go to firstname.lastname@example.org which is monitored by all of our agents. So you will get a quick response! Email is a good choice for sending attachments like photos, videos, application links, electronic documents, etc.
Of course, we are also available from 9:00am to 5:00pm M-F and 10:00am to 2:00pm Sat to answer your phone calls! We always have at least 4 agents standing by ready to help you. We know that most everywhere else in the world besides the US and China, WhatsApp is the communication tool of choice.
We have really enhanced and streamlined our touring process. It starts when you click on “Schedule Appointment”. This will open up an appointment scheduler that is fully integrated with our Tour Calendar. You will have the option to choose a LIVE VIDEO TOUR or an In-Person Tour. Since this is a Lounge Leasing discussion, let us tell you about the Live Video Tour. Once you book your tour date and time, you will receive immediate confirmation. An agent will then personally reach out to you to gather some information in preparation for the tour and you will receive an invitation to a Zoom video session. You are welcome to share that with your potential roommates, or even with your parents if you would like them to participate on the Live Video Tour! You will receive a reminder of the tour 15 minutes before it is scheduled to begin.
When the tour starts and everyone is connected, our agent will do a walk through tour of the apartment. You will be able to ask questions and have them focus on certain areas of the apartment. We can even show you the exterior features of the property. This Live Video Tour option gives you all the benefits of being there in person, and the added benefits of saving time, avoiding inclement weather, and practicing responsible social distancing!
Once you have decided that you would like to rent an apartment, your agent will send you a link via email or text to our online application. The application is part of our cloud based property management system. All you have to do is click on the link to open up the application. It is a simple process to complete, and once you are finished and save the application, your agent will receive an email notification.
After we receive notification that you have completed the application online, an agent will prepare the lease documents. With your status converted from Prospect to Tenant, an agent will fill out all the terms of the lease personalized to you. Next, the agent will generate the lease, and all appropriate documents that will accompany the lease. These will be emailed to you as DocuSign documents. You will open the DocuSign link to review all of the documents and electronically sign and initial where necessary. Once you are finished, you can click to submit the signed docs. You will immediately receive a copy of everything you submitted for your records!
