What is a “Super Two Bedroom”?
With the rise in popularity of two bedrooms, SAMI found a way to make our bigger apartments work for YOU! A Super Two Bedroom is when one of our 3- or 4-bedroom apartments is rented to just two people. These are rented at special rates, instead of the full 3 or 4 bedroom cost.
Why Rent a Super Two Bedroom?
Enjoy larger kitchens and living areas, as well as extra bedrooms to use as storage or study space! With so much coursework in college, many students find having a separate room for studying from their bedroom helps keep their focus where it should be!
Spread out and avoid cramped quarters. Roommates can be tough, so having extra space with less roommates can be the perfect situation! Share your space with just one other person, instead of 2 or 3, and enjoy the quiet!
