Each of our pet-friendly Normal apartments is located a short distance from Uptown, Redbird Stadium, and other popular destinations, making it easy for the two of you to get regular exercise!
Non-refundable $300 non-refundable registration fee per pet. Tenants caught with a pet in a non-pet-friendly unit will be charged a $300 pet fee and face possible eviction. Exceptions: fish, birds, and small reptiles that are caged or in a tank.
