filing a renters insurance claim
in the instance of theft or damage to your personal belongings through emergency events, you'll need to file a claim to use your coverage! if you have enrolled with SAMI's renters insurance through AssetProtect, here's the process to file a claim:
to begin, head to AssetProtect's webpage. (www.apenroll.com)

on the homepage, select "claims" from the top menu. |

once on the claims page, fill out all the required information and attach any necessary documents in the fields provided. |

once you've completed the form, click the "submit" button to finish your claim.
