We know that college is usually the first time students are living on their own, and we strive to make that process as simple and seamless as possible. We've been the #1 choice in student housing in Bloomington Normal since 1989. With over 1000 apartments on ISU and Heartland campuses, we have something for everyone.
Responding to the changing needs of students.
We are student housing focused on students. Our top priority is making sure you always have what you need, when you need it. From live video tours, broadband internet, fitness rooms and swimming pools to monthly lease payments, online payment options, and electronic document signing, we always strive to make sure we're on top of the changing needs of college students.
SAMI currently owns and manages over 1000 apartments around the ISU and Heartland campuses. We have a full service maintenance company (Maintenance Contractors Inc) that supports our management efforts, and we partner with a network management company (ConnectivityU) that handles all of our broadband networks.

I will be transferring to ISU to study marketing, and have lived in Bloomington my whole life! I love volleyball, traveling, and learning about real estate!
