When the pandemic first hit Normal, SAMI knew it was time for a change when dealing with apartment tours. While we've offered our Lounge Leasing program for a few years, we decided to revamp our entire touring process to help students and tenants in this new environment!

We're excited to offer not only recorded video tours of our apartments, but now also offering LIVE and interactive tours with our friendly staff via Zoom! When scheduling the tour of your chosen units, just select Live Zoom tour, and one of our staff members will get back to you with a Zoom Conference invite! This can be shared with friends, family, and prospective roommates so you can all see the unit and ask questions at once!
