Lounge Leasing is the apartment rental process on the future - created with convenience and efficiency in mind, you can go from couch to contract in no time at all!

Check out our available units. Browse all open apartments at www.sami.com. Whether you’re looking for a 1 bedroom or 4 bedroom, pet friendly, or as close to campus as possible, we have something for everyone!

Pick out your faves, and schedule your “showing”! There’s a couple of ways you can do this:

Under each listing, you’ll find a “Schedule Live Video or In-Person TOUR” option. Click the button, pick a date and time, and you’re set!

Have too many to choose from? Send a list of your favorites, or your ideal criteria in an email to meg@sami.com

Try our live chat! You’ll get an instant response from one of our agents to help with any questions!

We’ll do the rest! One of our agents will contact you to get your preferred method of contact, and from there you’ll get images and video sent directly to your phone or email, or we can walk you through via FaceTime or Zoom!
